こんばんは！

今朝は、晴れの朝でした。

朝5時台の気温は、およそ2.8℃でした。

昨日よりは、少し暖かくなりました。

今朝は、12分間朝ランニング。

およそ3.2km走りました。

How are you？

The temperature was about 2.8 degrees on 5 o'clock in the morning. 

It was warmer than last morning.

I run about 12 minutes and 3.2 kirometers.

今日は、大阪・仙台からのお客様がステラを出発。

5名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんです。

The guests who come from Osaka,Sendai had departured Stella today.

5 guests had breakfast together.

今日は、富良野での仕事が休みなので

中富良野町の高速ランナーと久しぶりにジョギングをしました。

6月の美瑛でのマラソンに向けて、次回はスピード練習を行います。

今日は、風が無く気持ち良くのんびり走りました。

I didn't have work in Furano, so I run with fast runner who live in Nakafurano town.

We have race on June in Biei, so we will try to practice fast run.

We run slowly, because it was no wind.

その後は、あちこち寄った後に妻と食事に行きました。

冬に行けなかったスポットも行けるようになりました。

約半年ぶりに、白金不動の滝へ。足元には、まだ雪が・・・。

水のエネルギーを感じてきました。

After run, I went to lunch with wife.

We can go tour spot when we can't go place in winter.

So, we went to Shirogane-hudo-water-fall before a half year.

There are snow on the way.

And we felt water energy power.

15日は、晴れ予報の上富良野町。
