朝5時台の気温は16.1℃。
今週は徐々に朝の気温が上がっています。
今朝は、20分間ランニングしました。
およそ5km走りました！
大会まであと4日。コンディションを整えていきます！

見ていると、ここには少し実があります。
ちょっとだけ収穫して、味見をしました。

We picked up it and tasted.
It is very sour. We have to wait few minutes.
