こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。

久しぶりの晴れの天気に気分は最高です！(笑)

朝5時台の気温は10.5℃。

久しぶりに10℃を超えました。

今朝は、30分間ランニングしました。

およそ7.2km走りました！

来週は大会なので、徐々に調整していきます。

How are you？

Today was sunny in this morning.

I was very happy, beacause it was sunny for the first time in a long time.

It was only 10.5 degrees on 5 o'clock.

I run about 30 minutes this morning.

I run about 7.2 kirometers.

I will have marathon contest, so I will try to hard and soft training this week.

今朝は8時から富良野で仕事でした。

仕事に行く前に父の日のプレゼント渡しました。

上富良野の父には、マッサージクッションをプレゼントしました。

いわきの父には、ふらのプリンをプレゼントしました。

よい機会なので、感謝を伝える日にできました。

お父さんたち、ありがとうございます。

I worked in Furano from 8 o'clock.

I and my wife gave father to present . Today is Father's day.

We gave to massage cussion for father in Kamifurano.

And we gave to Furano pudding for father in Iwaki.

It was chance to send thanks. Thank you always fathers！

仕事の後には、富良野で寄り道しました。

ふらのワイン工場の方へ行きました。

今日は日曜日なので、観光の方が多く来ていました。

After work, I drove to Furano by on the way.

I went to Furano wine factory.

It was sunday, so many tourlists came there.

ラベンダーの花は少しずつ咲いてきました。日々、お伝えします。

今日は奈良、東京、山口のお客様がステラに宿泊です。

夕食は、かれいの唐揚げでした。

体調をくずしやすい時期なので、栄養を付けましょう！

Lavender is few blooming. I will report everyday.

The guests who come from Nara,Tokyo,Yamaguchi stay in Stella tonight.

Dinner was deep-flied cod roe.

It is easy to catch a cold this season, so let's eat anything！

明日はくもりのち晴れ予報の上富良野町。

暖かい日になりそうです。

あと1か月もすれば夏休み・・・。
