今朝も上富良野町は雨の天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は6.9℃。
まるで冬のような寒さです・・・。
今朝は30分間ランニングしました。
およそ7km走りました！

Today was rainy in this morning,too.
It was only 6.9 degrees on 5 o'clock.
It was like winter season.
I run about 30 minutes.
I run about 7.0 kirometers.
今日は苫小牧からのお客様がステラを出発しました！
掃除をした後に、全員でフラノカフェに行きました。
フラノカフェでは美味しいランチも食べることが出来ます。
ステラに遊びに来た際には、ぜひ寄ってみて下さい。

夕食は、ハンバーグやアカシアの天ぷらが並びました。
お子さまもいるので、お子さま用のごはんも用意しました。

朝5時台の気温は10.9℃。
今朝から先に向けて朝ランニングを再開です！
今朝は15分間ランニングしました。
更に進化する為に、また走りたいと思います。

びえいヘルシーマラソンが終わり、次は砂川市の大会に参加します。
10kmのレースですが、頑張って40分を切りたいと思います。

city. After, we went to Furano.
We have passed near the marathon course.
It was sunny day, so we felt good.
ここではコーヒーを飲みながら美味しいお菓子を食べる事が出来ます。
私はふらの餅を食べてきました。1つ100円でお手軽です。
お土産も買えますので、ぜひ行ってみて下さい！

丘のまちびえいヘルシーマラソン2018に参加をしました。
川崎の仲間と走りました。

今日は午前中に妻と富良野川沿いの公園に散歩に行きました。
島津公園は、ルピナスの花が咲いていました。
ここではバーベキューが出来ますし、無料でボートに乗る事が出来ます。
大きい木もあるので、芝生の上でランチも楽しめそうです！

Shimazu-park was blooming lupine.
We can cook grilled meat and ride boat for free.
There were big trees, so you can enjoy to eat lunch on the lawn.

夜ごはんには、アカシアの天ぷらが登場しました。
アカシアは、ミツバチがよく花の蜜を吸い、ハチミツが作られます。
天ぷらは非常にいい香りですよ！
