今朝の上富良野町は晴れの朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は、およそ-10.6℃でした。
今朝は、寒い朝となりました。
今日は、18分間朝ランニング。
約4.0km走りました。

It was sunny in Kamifurano town this morning.
The temperature was about minus 10.6 degrees on 6 o'clock in the morning.
It was very cold morning today.
I run 18 minutes and about 4.0 kirometers.
今朝は、広島からのお客様が朝ごはん。
今日で3日目です。

The guest who come from Horoshima had breakfast.
Today is 3rd days in Stella.
今朝は、すごく良い天気だった上富良野町。
ランニングの後に、日の出公園に行きました。
きれいな朝焼けと景色が見れました。ステラも見えます。
あと、3か月もすればラベンダーが見れる季節ですね。

After run, I went to Hinode park.
And I could see beautiful sunrise and siene. I could see Stella.
3 month ago, we will see many lavendar from here.
今日から、自転車で活動です。
妻と買い物と役場へ行って来ました。
ちょっと寒いですが、何とかいけます（笑）
暖かくなれば、自転車でOKです。

From today, I used bycicle.
I went to goverment office and supermarket with wife.
It was a little cold, but it was no problem.
If we feel warm, bycicle is very good.
その後は、トレーニングに体育館へ。
ちょっとずつ、早く走るようにしています。

I tried to run fast.
今夜は、広島・帯広からのお客様が宿泊。
