こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの天気でした。

朝6時台の気温は12.8℃。

暖かい朝でしたが、走った後にすぐに強い雨が降り出しました。

今朝は15分間朝ランニング。

およそ3.2km走りました。

昨日は夜練習をしてきました。

How are you？

It was cloudy in Kamifurano town this morning.

The temperature was 12.8 degrees on 6 o'clock in the morning.

It was warm morning, but it rained strong after run.

I run 15 minutes this morning.

I run about 3.2 kirometers.

I tried to run last night.

明日は今年最後の大会に行ってきます。

帯広で行われるハーフマラソンです。

お天気は何とか晴れそうです。

良い報告ができるように楽しんで走ってきます✌

It will be sunny in Obihiro.

昨日、夕方に燻した鶏の燻製の写真です。

最近は様々なチップを使って、燻製を作っています。

今回使ったのはヒッコリーのチップ。

ウイスキーウッドやさくらに比べると、シンプルで使いやすいです。

This photo is smoke chicken which were roasted last night.

I try to cook smoke food with some wood chips.

Yesterday, I used hickory.

It was better than Whisky wood and cherry blossom chip. It is simple taste.

午後には雨が上がり、大きな虹が見れました。

今週2回目です。

雨が上がって、日が差すとたまに見られます。

時間が短いので、急いで写真を撮ります。(笑)

Afternoon, it stopped rain, and could watch big rainbow.

It was second time this week.

After rain, If sunshine appers, we could watch rainbow sometimes.

It was very short time, so I had to take a picture quickly.

今日は愛知、所沢からのお客様がステラに宿泊です。

2名のお客様がいっしょに夜ごはんです。

The guests who come from Aichi,Tokorozawa stay Stella tonight.

2 guests had dinner together.

明日はくもり時々雨予報の上富良野町。

5時前に上富良野町を出発して、帯広に行ってきます。

途中、写真も撮っていくのでお楽しみに。
