今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。
朝6時台の気温は2.9℃。
前日の朝との気温差が10℃ありました。
7時過ぎに帯広に到着しました。

How are you？
It was sunny in Kamifurano town this morning.
The temperature was 2.9 degrees on 6 o'clock in the morning.
It was colder than yesterday about 10 degrees.
I departured Kamifurano town at before 5 o'clock for join marathon race.
I arrived Obihiro over 7 o'clock.
ステラでは所沢、愛知からのお客様がステラを出発。
2名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんです。
上富良野町も快晴の朝だったようです。

The guests who come from Tokorozawa,Aichi had left Stella today.
2 guests had breakfast together.
It was sunny morning in Kamifurano town,too.
今日は帯広で行われた「フードバレーとかちマラソン」に参加をしました。
帯広は天気が良く、走りやすいコンディションでした。
1時間21分25秒でフィニッシュ。
自己ベストが出ましたが、課題が残りました。
冬のトレーニングで力をつけたいと思います。

I joined marathon race which is 「Food varey Tokachi marathon」.
It was good condition in Obihiro city.
I run 1 hour 21 minutes and 25 seconds.
I could run personal best time...But I have some problems.
So, I will try to hard training in winter season.
走った後は、上富良野に向かってドライブ。
帯広には多くの防風林があるのが特徴です。
様々な意味があるそうです。
今日は天気が良かったので、木々がきれいに見れました。

After half marathon, I drove to Kamifurano town.
There are a lot of save trees from strong wind.
And there are many means.
It was sunny, so I could see them beautiful.
明日は1日雨予報の上富良野町。
10月は残り3日間です。
