こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町は、朝から快晴の1日でした。

朝5時に起きたのですが、既に外は明るくなっていました。

朝の冷え込みは最近では気温が低めのマイナス6℃。

日差しが温かく感じる朝でした。

今朝は短めに4km朝ランニング。

近所の運動公園のランニングコースも一部除雪が済んでいたので、

5周ほど周回しました。

How are you？

Today's morning was sunny all day.

I woke up at 5 in this morning,outside the house has already clearly.

The temparture was minus 6 degrees.It was cold these days.

The sunshine was very warm.

I have ran about 4 kirometers.I have gone to sports park near the my house.

The running course has cleaned  snow a part of  park. I have ran five trucks.

今日は宿泊されているお客様がシロクマ君の案内で写真撮影にお出かけです。

我々は、買い出しに旭川に出掛けてきました。

旭川駅周辺のイオンに行って買い物をしてきました。

たまには違うお店で買い物をするのもいいものですね。

さて、明日は私の妻の誕生日です。（年齢は言えません）

せっかく2人きりなので、昼食は妻の希望でMacDonaldへ。

久々の味に嬉しかったようです。

The guests have gone for take the picture with my penshon owner today.

So,I and my wife have gone to Asahikawa for shopping near Asahikawa station's ion

super market.

Sometime,it was good for us to go to another super market.

On March 28 is my wife's birthday.

We went to MacDonald.Because she loves MacDonald very much.

She has enjoyed lunch time and this taste.

帰りは、ケーキを買って一足先に誕生日祝い。

美味しそうに食べていました。明日も何かお祝いします(笑)

After lunch,I have bought cake and celebrated her.

She has eaten chocolate cake and become happy smile.

Tomorrow,I will celebrate something.

今日は最高気温が13℃と今年最高の気温になりました。

明日も15℃予想なので、走り込みをしようと思います。

気持ち良い汗をかきたいと思います。
