今朝の上富良野町は雨の天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は13.9℃。
今朝は雨だったので、走りませんでした。
朝は台風が北海道に近づいてきていました。

今日から10月です。富良野スポーツセンターでは、今日から1週間の間
施設を無料開放しています。
アリーナやトレーニングルームを自由に使えます。
トレーニングやバスケットボール、バドミントンなど自由に楽しめますよ！

最近の夜は、同じ上富良野町に住む親子と裸足で走ったりトレーニング一緒に
行っています。
裸足の講習を受けたり、一緒にランニングしたりしています。
中学生の娘さんは今週末には中学校生活最後の駅伝大会が控えています。
楽しく、自分らしく走ってほしいですね。

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は7.8℃。
今日も朝は10℃に届きません。
今朝は走りませんでした。

I had Asahikawa-half marathon. So, I departured my house before 6 o'clock.
I didn't run this morning.
ハーフマラソンの部は9時スタートでした。
およそ2,400名の方がハーフマラソンにエントリー。
コースは旭川の町中や河川敷のコースでした。
自己ベストのタイムで走れたので、満足です。
支えてくれた皆様、応援して下さった皆様、ありがとうございました。

Half-marathon had started 9 o'clock.
About 2,400 runners joined half-marathon.
We had run in Asahikawa town area and river side area.
I had run personal best time today. It was very good.

旭川から戻り、妻と甘味補給に出かけました。
カンパーナ六花亭でぶどうアイスを食べました。

After came back Asahikawa, I went to have sweat with wife.
I had grape ice in campana Rokkatei.
After, we went to Shimamura for shopping.
We got nice goods low price.
その後は、中富良野町のファーム富田に寄りました。
外国からのお客様が多かったですが、お花畑を楽しめました。
お土産なども買えるので、もうしばらく楽しめそうです。

After, we went to farm Tomita in Nakafurano town.
There were many foreign tourlists there. We enjoyed see flower fields.
You could buy many gifts. And will enjoy for a while.

とても霧の濃い朝でした。
朝5時台の気温は8.4℃。
今日も朝は10℃に届きません。
今朝は30分間朝ランニングしました。
およそ6.5km走りました。

十勝岳に登る方が多く、駐車場が混んでいました。

After work in Stella, we went to see autumn leaves.
We through Shirogane hot springs town, and went to Bogaku-dai.
Many climber came to Bogaku-dai so, there were no parking.
The mountain view was very good！
望岳台を出発し、凌雲閣へ向かいました。
ちょうどお昼だったので、こちらも混雑していました。
豚汁を頂きながら、紅葉を眺めていました。
気持ち良かったです。

We have left Bogaku-dai, after have gone to Ryo-un-kaku.
In afternoon, many tourlists have come to there.
We had miso soup with pork and vegetables. And have seen autumn leaves.
We have felt very good.
帰りは吹上露天の湯に寄りました。

自然の露天風呂は気持ち良かったです。
帰りはキツネに会いました。

When we came back home, we met fox.

今は、お店の前のぶどう畑では沢山のぶどうが見られます。
ここは景色も良く、お菓子も食事も美味しいですよ。

Now, we can see a lot of grapes in front of building.
We can see beautiful scene.And sweats and the meal are very good！
ステラに戻った後に昼食をとりました。
お客様とお父さん、お母さん、妻はポケモンを取りに出かけていきました。
お天気も良く、沢山のポケモン取れたのではないでしょうか。

妻に教わりながら、材料を集めてケーキを焼きました。
無事に完成しましたよ！ 作り方を覚えました。

ステラの掃除を終えて、母屋とコテージのくもの巣を駆除しました。
なかなか沢山いるものですね。

I worked outdoor Stella before afternoon.
After cleaned in rooms and toilets and bathroom, I cleaned main building and cottage
spider's nest.
There were many nests.
その後は、ステラの裏庭に沢山あるハスカップをステラの駐車場に移動しました。
ハスカップの株を掘り起こして、運んで植え替えを行いました。
我々の手だけで無理なので、近所の男性陣が助っ人として現れました。
重機を使って、土を掘り、8株植えました。
来年はハスカップの収穫がステラで出来そうです！

After, we moved huscup tree to car parking where are bihind Stella garden.
We dig huscup trees and carried. And we planted it.
Our family can't move huscup trees, so neighbor men helped us.
They used heavy equipments and dig soils and planted. We planted 8 trees.
Next year, we will be able to harvest huscup in Stella！
日中は良い天気で綺麗な青空が見れました。
一仕事終えて、ちょっとだけのんびりしました。
