今朝の上富良野町は、くもりの朝となりました。
朝方は0℃前後の気温でした。昨日よりは寒かったです。
本日は、12kmを朝ランニングしました。
今月は今日で走行距離がおよそ250km。旭川～稚内間と同じくらいだそうです。

Today's morning was cloudy.
Outside temperarture was about 0 degrees.Today was colder than yesterday.
I ran about 12kirometers.I ran about 250 kirometers in this month.
The distance is same that from Asahikawa to Wakkanai.
今朝は、アップダウンのある山道をランニングしていました。
沢のある下り坂を走っていると、何やら左側で動くものを発見・・・。
何だろうと不思議に思い、とりあえずカメラで写真を撮りました。
2枚撮って、走り終えてみてみると・・。うさぎかな？
自宅に帰って妻に聞くと、「エゾリス」だと教えられました。
初めて見ましたが、とてもかわいいです(^^)

I ran in a mountain path this morning.
When I have ran near the small river,I have seen some animal shadow.
I didn't know what to move this place.I have taken the picture my camera.
After run,I have checked pictutre.I have thought that "Was it rabbit?"
I asked my wiff,she has said "It was sciurus vulgaris orientis "
I have seen it first time. It was very cute☆

近所のじいちゃんより福寿草を頂きました。
黄色の花が綺麗に咲いており、春の到来を感じます。
雪が溶けて春に向けて、様々な花を見るのが楽しみです。

今朝の上富良野町は、小雨の降る朝となりました。
朝方は2℃前後の気温でしたが、日中はポカポカ陽気です。
本日は、軽めに5km朝ランニングしました。

Outside temperarture was about 2 degrees.But sunny this afternoon.
I ran 5.0kirometers.Today was my leg's lest day.
今朝は、昨日LIVEを行った高橋真樹さんがステラを出発です。
高橋さんは、北海道札幌市出身で現在は旭川在住のシンガーソングライター。
札幌や旭川で精力的に活動をされている様子です。
出発前にはサインも頂きました。

Mr.Takahashi who played the live concert at Stella have left.
He was from Hokkaido, Sapporo city.Now,he lives in Asahikawa city.
He has playing the guitar and singing in Sapporo and Asahikawa.
I was gave his name sign.
We will support him and pray for his success.
高橋さんが出発すると、昨日ご紹介の甥っ子＆姪っ子と遊ぶ1日となりました。
写真はありませんが、かまくら改造・雪の滑り台づくり・鬼ごっこ・かくれんぼなど
1日を通じて2人と走り回りました。（笑）
ハードに体を動かした1日となりました。
今日は早めに休みます。（笑）
明日からは3月の最終週です。
4月から新生活という方もいらっしゃると思いますが、
私たちも良いスタートが切れるように頑張っていきます。

After his departure,I have played Nephew and niece.
I haven't take the picture them.
I have played about custam igloo,snow slider making,
game of tag,hide-and-seek,and so on.
It was hard for me to play them.Because they are young and powerfull.
I'm sleepy so will go to bed early.
From tomorrow,it is last week of March.
I think so some people will start new life work.

こんばんは！
今朝の上富良野町は、朝から眩しい光の差し込む朝でした。
しかし、朝の最低気温はマイナス7℃。
日なたは暖かいものの、日影は肌寒く感じました。
今朝は、一人ハーフマラソン・・・（笑）
21.3kmを朝ランニングしました。
あっという間でした。またやります！！（笑）

今日は、高橋正樹さんのLIVEがステラのコテージで開催の為、朝から準備です。
普段は宿泊用のコテージがライブ会場に。ライブ仕様にセッティングです。

I have prepared live place at the Stella's cottage.
Because Mr.Takahashi have played the guitar concert in Stella this evening.
Usually,cottage have used stay the guests.Today was concert stage.
19時から高橋さんのライブが開始しました。
エレキトリックアコースティックギターとハーモニカの美しい音色に
高橋さんのハリのある歌声。
音色に沿って思わず、学生時代の事や友達の事など思い出しました。
音楽に浸れるって最高ですね！
夕食後も大いに盛り上がった温かいライブとなりました。
今日は、姪っ子＆甥っ子もステラに遊びに来ているので・・・
私は少々遊び疲れ気味です（笑）
明日も晴天予報の上富良野町。
いっぱい遊ぶ1日となりそうです。（笑）
明日も最高気温は8℃と暖かい日曜日になりそうです。

Mr.Takahashi's live have begun at 7 o'clock in the evening.
We have listened to clear sound by hamonica and electric acoustic guitar and Mr.Takahashi's voice.
I have remenbered about some friends and school days.
It was good for me to listen to music live.
After dinner,he have enjoyed talk by guests.
Nephew and niece have come from Sapporo today.
So, I have played with them・・・. I was very sleepy now.
Tomorrow will sunny and warm day in Kamifurano town.
We will play all day with them.

今朝の上富良野町は、青空の広がる気持ち良い朝でした。
朝の最低気温は、マイナス2℃前後。
太陽の光を浴びながら、上富良野の街中を5km朝ランニングしました。

今朝は、札幌から仕事でいらしていたお客様がステラを出発です。
天気が良いので、引き続き氷を割り続けていました。
ステラの駐車場もだいぶ、雪がなくなりました。
（昨日のBefore・Afterと比べてみて下さい！）

The guests who come from Sapporo have left Stella.
I have continued breaking ice.Because very warm day.
There is hardly snow in Stella parking area.

午後は、鶏の燻製を3時間燻しました。
燻製を燻すのは、今回で4回目。温燻の70℃をキープするのは慣れてきました。
15分おきに温度を確認します。
燻製には、チーズ・サーモン・ベーコン等、様々なものがあるので
今後チャレンジしていきたいと思います。

After lunch, I have cook smoke chicken for three hours.
I have roasted chicken by smoked device.
I have to keep same temperature in smoked device. it is 70℃.
So, I have checked device every 15 minutes.
There are a lot of smoke food.Cheese, salmon ,bacon and so on.
I want to try to cook many kinds.
明日の上富良野町は晴れの予報です。
せっかくなので朝は、長めに朝ランニングをしようと思います。
朝の気温はマイナス8℃予想ですが、日中は8℃まで上がるとの事。
明日のセンバツ高校野球第二試合に登場する駒大苫小牧の勝利を祈って・・・。

今朝の上富良野町は、薄い雲が広がるも晴れの天気。
十勝岳の噴煙が風で真横に流れていました。
朝の気温はマイナス5℃。そこまで寒くはありません。
今朝は、10km朝ランニングをしました。

I could see plums of Tokachidake during run Kamifurano town.
Kamifurano town's temperature was minus 5 degrees in this morning.
It was not cold condition.
I ran about 10 kilometer in kamifurano town.
今朝も一昨日より宿泊のお客様が朝食後に仕事へ出発。
午前中は、昨日同様にひらすら氷を割っていました。
太陽の日が温かく、雪溶けが一気に進む上富良野町。
2時間かけて、ひたすらツルハシで氷を砕きました。

The guests went to workplace after breakfast same yesterday.
I tried to break ice. It was warm day.
It was good for our to clean in front of Stella's parking area.
The sunshine was very hot. Kamifurano town melted a lot of snow.
I worked about two hours.

昼食後に睡魔が襲う午後は、川崎の仲間と連絡を取り、
6.10のびえいヘルシーマラソンのスケジュール確認。
到着便と出発便の確認と追加メンバーのエントリーなど無事に話が進みました。
今から皆が北海道に来るのが凄く楽しみです！
美瑛マラソンの他にも北海道には沢山のマラソン大会があります。
フルマラソン・ウルトラマラソン・トレイルラン・・・興味があれば是非！
写真の1冊は、北海道の大会のすべてが載っている素晴らしい本です。

After lunch time, I was sleepy. Because I was tired work.
But I contacted my friends who live in Kawasaki city.
I will run "BIEI healthy marathon" with friends on June 10.
So,I asked friends about flight schedule and entry.We're on track for the deadline.
I'm looking forward to run a half marathon and meet some friends!
There is a lot of marathon Hokkaido.
For example,Hull and half and Ultra-Marathon・・・and so on.
This book is very useful. I can check all Marathon schedule in Hokkaido.
今日は、キツネを見る事が出来ず・・・。しかし、ステラのそばの道路には、
いつもキツネがいるんです。（笑） ご存知の方もいらっしゃかと思いますが、
ぜひお越しの際には探してみて下さい。
明日は1日曇り予報の上富良野町。
気温はマイナス7℃まで下がるようですが、最高気温は6℃予想。
次第に暖かくなっています。北海道の桜の開花予想は5/2の予定です。
3月も残り9日。頑張っていきましょう！

I couldn't see the fox in Stella. But There are three foxes near the Stella.
So,we can see fox always. If you come Stella,please look for three foxes.

The weather caster said "Cherry blossoms will bloom on May 2."

本日の朝は、昨日同様に快晴の朝です。
朝の冷え込みは予想よりも弱く、昨日と同じくらいのマイナス12℃。
太陽の光を浴びながら、気持ちよくランニングしました。
今朝は、朝の仕事の為に6kmの短め朝ランニングです。

I ran about 6 kilometer in kamifurano town.
It was good feeling for me to run this morning. I could see sky blue.
昨日より宿泊の札幌からのお客様は3連泊の予定でステラに宿泊。
朝食後にステラを出発。その後、私達はステラの駐車場の氷割りです。
今日・明日と快晴の予報なので、氷を割って日に当てて溶かします。
つるはしで割って、スコップで日なたに投げる繰り返し。
氷が固く、また分厚いので少し繰り返すと汗びっしょり。
筋トレになりますし、いい運動にもなります！

The three guests stayed in Stella from last night to 3days.
They came from Sapporo. They leave Stella after breakfast.
Then we started to break ice in front of Stella.
Today and tomorrow will sunny,so we try to break ice .
It was hard for our to break ice because ice was very firm.
But it was good exercise!
氷割りの後は、ステラ周辺で十勝岳連邦の写真撮影。
噴煙が見える十勝岳をステラのコテージの後ろから撮りました。
山に雲がなく、1日中快晴なのは珍しいかもしれません。
夕方は、ステラに沢山の野生動物がやってきました。
スズメやヒヨドリは勿論ですが、今日はキツネが2回ステラの前に
来ました。（2回目は2匹現れましたが、1匹しか撮れませんでした・・・）
その後は、ネコも来たりと正にステラ動物王国でした。（笑）

After that,we taked the picture around Stella.
We tried to take picture Tokachidake mountain in behind the cottage.
Today was very fine day, so we took picture well.
Lot of animals came Sttella in evening.
Usually,sparrow and butbul come Stella.
However,fox came Stella twice today.Then cat came twice・・・.
It was rare day. It just Stella's animal kingdom.
1日1日、春に近づく上富良野町。
朝晩は冷えますが、雪が降る時間がほとんどなくなってきました。
夕方も18時くらいまで明るく、昼の時間が長く感じます。
明日も晴れ予報の上富良野町。明日の朝はマイナス8℃予想。
気持ちよく走れる朝になりそうです！

こんばんは！
本日の上富良野町は、朝から快晴でした。
だんだん明るくなる時間も早くなってきており、
朝ランニングの時間には、次第に日が昇ってきます。
今朝の6時台は、マイナス11℃。昨日より冷え込みは厳しかったです。
今朝は、約11kmを朝ランニングしました。
今朝は、朝からコテージの大掃除です。
3月も中旬が過ぎ、次第に春の準備に入る旅の宿ステラ。
コテージ内の毛布・掛け布団類を整理して、徐々に春仕様に。
床を拭いたり、家具の配置換えをしたりと3人で力を合わせて頑張りました。
コテージ前の雪も解けてきましたよ。
1日中晴れという天候は久しぶり！
気温は若干低めでしたが、ステラから綺麗に山も見渡せます。
雪の白さと空の青さは、本当にきれいです。
今夜は星空がきれいな上富良野町。癒されますよ☆
明日も1日晴れの予報の上富良野町。
寒さは厳しく、朝の最低気温はマイナス18℃の予想。
「しばれる」とはこういう事でしょう。（笑）
完全防寒で朝ランニングに臨みます。
