今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は8.6℃。
最近は10℃以下の朝が多いです。
今朝は朝ランニングはせずに、仕事後に走りました。
仕事後に軽めにおよそ4.5km走りました。

7名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはん。
外は青空が広がってきました。
朝食後にコーヒーを挽く一仕事。
まだ挽いたコーヒーは飲んでいませんが・・・。(笑)

今日は朝から富良野で仕事でした。
富良野市も快晴！ モップが良く乾くような陽気です。
帰り道にひまわり畑を見てきました。ばっちり見れました。

It was sunny. So, we dry mops outside sports center.
After work, I saw sunflowers field. I saw good！
1枚目の写真にもありますが、現在は玉ねぎの収穫時期です。
いつも走るステラ周りのランニングコースには玉ねぎの畑が沢山あります。
そこから1枚撮って・・・ここで「ステラをさがせ！！ 第5弾？」

今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は5.9℃。
寒さが厳しい朝となりました。
今朝は朝ランニングはせずに、仕事後に走りました。
およそ7.1km走りました。

After work, when I drove to Kamifurano town, I saw the Tokachidake mountain plume.
今日からJR富良野線が運転を全線で再開しました。
約1週間ぶりに電車が走っていました。
どこか嬉しそうな様子で、上富良野の町を駆け抜けていきました。
どこか安心しました。

The train moved for the first time in a week.
I felt that train was happy. So, the train to go through Kamifurano town.
I relieved my mind.
今日は昨日からの千葉、宇都宮からのお客様が宿泊です。

涼しい朝となりました。息が白かったです。
今朝はステラの周りを3周朝ランニング。

町の中も節電を意識し、お店もじゃっかん電気を落として営業しています。
まだ停電しているエリアがありますので、大切に電気をつかわなければいけません。

It was light down in store. They were conscious power saving.
We need to save the using electricity. The clectricity is stopping a part of Hokkaido.

最近は暖かい朝が続きます。
今朝は走らずに富良野へ仕事へ行きました。
帰って来てから坂道を中心に15km走りました。

乳製品や納豆が売り切れており、入荷時期もわからないようです。
明日の滝川でのマラソン大会は中止になってしまいました。
地震の影響が各地に出ているようです。
