今朝の上富良野町はくもりの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は5.9℃。
今朝は2時間走ろうと決めていたので、ペースを落として走りました。
24km走ってきました。いい運動になりました！

I decide to run for 2 hours, so I run slow pace today.
I had run about 24 kirometers. It was very good exercise.
今日は、かみふらの十勝岳観光協会の方がステラにいらっしゃいました。
新しいガイドブックとエリアブックが出来たとの事で届けて下さいました。
これからの時期におススメの観光スポットが載っていたり、お店で使えるクーポンなど
がついています。

The staffs who work in Kamifurano-Tokachidake tourism association came to Stella.
They had new guide book and area map.
The books have a tickets and coupon which use this area shop.
今日は、夕方まで雨が降っていました。
雨が上がると、ステラの庭にはお客様がいらっしゃいました。雀です。
元気に飛び回り、エサを食べていきます。
小さな鳥ですが、沢山集まっているととても可愛く見えます。

It stopped rain, the guests came to Stella garden. They are sparrows.
They flyed there and ate bird's food.
They are very small bird.And they are very cute.

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの天気でした。
朝6時台の気温は2.2℃。昨日と同様に冷える朝でした。
今朝は仕事前に9.4km朝ランニングをしました。
今日でトータル250kmを超えました。

今日は昼まで富良野で仕事。
帰りは上富良野町まで約20分。今日は、中富良野町でこいのぼりを見つけました！
もうすぐ5月です。風が強いせいか、泳ぎが力強かったです。

On the way home, it takes about 1 hour from Furano to Kamifurano.
I saw carp steamer in Nakafurano town.
It will be May soon.Today was very strong wind, so they looked like powerful.

前回は1月いらっしゃいました。ステラに素敵な写真を飾っています。

今朝の上富良野町は素敵な晴れの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は0.2℃。久しぶりに冷える朝でした。
今朝はステラに行く前に2kmの朝ランニングです。
日の出公園まで走りました。素敵な日の出が見れました！

日の出公園の頂上に到着する寸前に、とても驚く事がありました！
見た事のない白い動物がラベンダー畑の中にいるのです。
「オオカミ？カンガルー？」・・・最初は全く分かりませんでした。
後で写真を見ると、ウサギだったという事がわかりました。
エゾユキウサギというウサギです。野生のウサギを見れるとは・・・！

I was suprised when I reach hill top of Hinode park.
I have never seen some animal in lavender field.
「Is it wolf? kangaroo?」 I didn't know it.
After I looked picture, I knew that it was rabbit！
It is Ezoyuki rabbit. I was suprised that I could see wild rabbit！
ステラでは東京・佐賀・松戸からのお客様がステラを出発です。
いち早く、東京のお客様はステラを出発！
9時前に佐賀・松戸のお客様がステラを出発しました。
1泊ですが、皆とても仲良しになりました。
またお会いできる事を楽しみにしております。

今朝の上富良野町は晴天の朝でした。
朝4時台の気温は7.9℃。朝からとても暖かかったです。
今朝は仕事前に20分間の朝ランニングです。
4.3km走りました。夜明けの素敵な景色が見れました！

今日は剣道の大会やバレーボール大会が行われていました。

夕食の材料となる山菜を沢山採取しました。

佐賀のお客様は、なんとランニング歴40年のベテランランニングマンです。
夕食前に上富良野町内を一緒にランニング。
1時間、色々とお話が出来て楽しかったです。

From Saga guest is senior runnning man. He has run for 40 years.
I have run with him around Kamifurano town before dinner.
We have run a hour. It was precious time for me！

今朝の上富良野町は雲の広がる朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は8.6℃。昨日よりも暖かい朝となりました。
今朝は80分間の朝ランニングです。
16km走りました。 気持ち良い朝でした！

今朝の上富良野町は薄い雲の広がる朝でした。
朝5時台の気温は5.6℃。暖かい朝となりました。半ズボンで走りました。（笑）
今朝は仕事前に10分間朝DASHをしました。
2.52km走って、朝食を摂り、富良野へ行きました。

富良野市も今日は朝からとても暖かかったです。
帰りに寄ったフラノマルシェの気温計は20.2℃となっていました。
仕事の後にステラに戻って、冬タイヤを夏タイヤに交換しました。
その後はステラ菜園を整備したり、春の様子を写真に撮ったりしていました。

When I went to Furano marche,the temperature was 20.2 degrees.
After work, I come back Stella. I have changed car's tires summer type.
After I cleaned the Stella vegetable garden and took a picture about spring scene.
沢山動いた後、家族で白銀荘へ行きました。
帰り道では、今日もキツネに出会いました。
夕方なので、お腹が空いている様子でした。

今朝の上富良野町は快晴の1日でした。
朝6時台の気温は1.3℃。朝は寒いので、1日の気温差が大きいです。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を1時間走りました。
今朝は12.7km走りました。
富良野川沿いの河川敷も走りました！

今日は朝からステラの食堂の掃除です。
長いはたきで高い柱のホコリを掃除します。
その後は、家の庭の花の手入れを行いました。

I used long hatch and cleaned many dust on a high column.
After,I cleaned my house garden.
Now, crocus flowers are in bloom. We felt spring taste.

昨日と今日は気温が19℃台と暖かい日が続いております。
ステラの周りでは朝・昼・夜とステキな写真が撮れます。
自然を感じる事が出来る毎日は最高です！
