こんばんは！
今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝。
うっすら明るい空が広がっていました。
朝5時台の気温はおよそ1.5℃でした。最近は冷える朝が続いています。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を約7.5km朝ランニング。
ランニング後は朝食を摂り、富良野へ仕事に行きました。

Today morning was cloudy in Kamifurano town.
The slightly bright sky has spread.
The temparture was about 1.5 degrees on 5 o'clock.
It has continued cold morning these days.
I have run about 7.5 kirometers this morning.
I had breakfast after run and have gone to Furano for work.
富良野の町も雪がほとんど無くなりました。
スキー場の方はまだ山が真っ白ですが、町中はそうでもないです。
陸上競技場も良く見える様になりました。
野球やサッカー、テニスなど屋外スポーツももうじき出来そうです。
富良野市も上富良野町もランニングやウォーキングをしている方が沢山います。
スポーツが盛んな元気な町です。

The snow of the Furano town has almost disappeared.
Furano Ski resort has covered a lot of snow.
we can see the Athletic stadium well.
The people will play the outdoor sports soon.For example,baseball,soccer,tennnis and so on.
There are many people who run and walking town in Furano and Kamifurano.
Many people play sports well and have energy power.
仕事が終わり、午後の時間を使って【かみふらの八景】の1つである
「ジェットコースターの路」に行って来ました。（ステラから車で20分くらい）

ジェットコースターの路は、2.5kmも激しいアップダウンの続く道です。
天気が良ければ、もっと最高だったかもしれません。
けれど、そのアップダウンは十分に感じてきました。
今度は、頑張って走ってみます（笑）

After work, I have gone to Roller coaster path with my wife.
We have taken about 20 minutes from Stella by car.
This road has continued 2.5 kirometers and hard updown course.
If it was sunny,we might feel more good.
However,we have felt updown course fully.
I will try to run this course.....
今日は、関東地方では夏日になったようですね。
上富良野は明日の最高気温は2℃の予想です・・・（笑）
明日は寒そうですが、頑張って走ってから仕事に行きます。

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝でした。
その後、雨が降りだし雨の1日となりました。
朝はとても風が強かったです。朝6時の気温はおよそ6.8℃でした。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を約12km朝ランニング。
富良野での仕事は今日は休みです。

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝となりました。
昼前には雨が降りだし、肌寒い1日でした。
朝6時の気温はおよそ2℃でした。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町から隣の中富良野町へランニング。
およそ13kmをランニング。帰りは電車で上富良野駅まで戻りました。

日の出公園や畑にはじゃっかん雪が残っていますが、
歩きにくい所はほとんどなく、町内を散歩する方・ジョギングをする方が
増えている上富良野町です。

こんばんは！
今朝の上富良野町は昨日同様に快晴でした。
5時台の気温は−4℃くらい。日ざしの気持ち良い朝です。
今朝のランニングでは自宅から日の出公園までランニング。
妻も公園まで散歩に行きました。
およそ1.6mをランニング。坂道が堪えます（笑）
3月は292km走りました。東京～豊橋（愛知）、東京～仙台（宮城）とだいたい同じ
距離です。4月も頑張ります！

It was clear sunshine morning.
I have run from my house to Hinode park with my wife.

The same distance is from Tokyo to Toyohashi city（Aichi prefecture)
from Tokyo to Sendai city(Miyagi prefecture)
I will try to run on April too!
今日は、ステラの物置の片付けを全員で行いました。
椅子・テーブル・古い家具など沢山のモノがあり、処分したり
ご近所の方に差し上げたりとせっせと片づけました。
シロクマ君も出てきたモノで日向ぼっこをしていました（笑）

片付けが終わった午後、4人で白銀荘に行きました。

Hot spring was very nice.
We have met fox. I may meet fox about ten times. It was good experience.

5時台の気温は−2℃くらい。久々に冷えこむ朝でした。
美馬牛（びばうし）駅まで行きました。
およそ20kmをランニング。終了後は、電車で上富良野に戻りました。

This park is one of Kamifurano eight biew spot.
We can see the Kamifurano town also Stella.
We are able to see fine view in lavendar season.
今日は、旭川のおばさんの家に行きました。
一緒に昼食のパンを買いに出かけ、昼食を自宅で食べました。
近くのスーパーのパン屋さんのパンは何と・・・すべて100円です！
安いし、美味しいし、最高でした！
