こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝でした。

朝5時台の気温は2.4℃。

今朝も30分間朝ランニング。

およそ6.9km走りました。

How are you？

It was cloudy in Kamifurano town this morning.

The temperature was 2.4 degrees on 5 o'clock in the morning.

I run 30 minutes and about 6.9 kirometers.

今朝は韓国、埼玉からのお客様がステラを出発です。

3名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんです。

The guests who come from Korea,Saitama had left Stella.

3 guests had breakfast together.

今日は、朝に欠かさない味噌汁のご紹介です。

個人的には、様々な食材で栄養をとれるので大好物の味噌汁ですが・・・。

体を温め、1日の始まりには欠かせない一品です。

ステラの朝食では必ず登場しますので、時々ご紹介します。

寒い時期には最高の食事です。

I like miso soup very much.Because I can had lots of nutrition.

We can warm , so it is one item indispensable.

We take miso soup everyday, so I will introduce sometimes.

It is the best meal when cold season.

お客様が帰り、スピカの部屋を掃除していると

窓の外にはきれいな青空が広がっていました。

最近は雨や曇りが多く、晴れは貴重です。

After the guests had left Stella, when I cleaned Spica room,

there was blue sky outside window.

It is rainy and cloudy these days, so sunny is valuable.

明日はいよいよ雪の予報・・・。
