こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝。

うっすら明るい空が広がっていました。

朝5時台の気温はおよそ1.5℃でした。最近は冷える朝が続いています。

今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を約7.5km朝ランニング。

ランニング後は朝食を摂り、富良野へ仕事に行きました。

How are you？

Today morning was cloudy in Kamifurano town.

The slightly bright sky has spread.

The temparture was about 1.5 degrees on 5 o'clock.

It has continued cold morning these days.

I have run about 7.5 kirometers this morning.

I had breakfast after run and have gone to Furano for work.

富良野の町も雪がほとんど無くなりました。

スキー場の方はまだ山が真っ白ですが、町中はそうでもないです。

陸上競技場も良く見える様になりました。

野球やサッカー、テニスなど屋外スポーツももうじき出来そうです。

富良野市も上富良野町もランニングやウォーキングをしている方が沢山います。

スポーツが盛んな元気な町です。

The snow of the Furano town has almost disappeared.

Furano Ski resort has covered a lot of snow.

we can see the Athletic stadium well.

The people will play the outdoor sports soon.For example,baseball,soccer,tennnis and so on.

There are many people who run and walking town in Furano and Kamifurano.

Many people play sports well and have energy power.

仕事が終わり、午後の時間を使って【かみふらの八景】の1つである

「ジェットコースターの路」に行って来ました。（ステラから車で20分くらい）

ジェットコースターの路は、2.5kmも激しいアップダウンの続く道です。

天気が良ければ、もっと最高だったかもしれません。

けれど、そのアップダウンは十分に感じてきました。

今度は、頑張って走ってみます（笑）

After work, I have gone to Roller coaster path with my wife.

We have taken about 20 minutes from Stella by car.

This road has continued 2.5 kirometers and hard updown course.

If it was sunny,we might feel more good.

However,we have felt updown course fully.

I will try to run this course.....

今日は、関東地方では夏日になったようですね。

上富良野は明日の最高気温は2℃の予想です・・・（笑）

明日は寒そうですが、頑張って走ってから仕事に行きます。
