今朝は、晴れの朝でした。

朝4時台の気温は、およそ-4.9℃でした。

今日は、5.14kmランニング。

寒いけど、気持ちよかったです。

How are you？

It was sunny in Kamifurano town this morning.

The temperature was about minus 4.9 degrees on 4 o'clock in the morning. 

I run about 5.14 kirometers.

今日の朝ごはんです。

6時半から朝食。まもなく仕事へ出発です。

今日は、仙台を経由していわきへ帰省します。

新千歳から仙台へ。お墓参りや友達に会ってからいわきに向かいます。

とても楽しみです！

動物園の冬営業は、日曜日で終了です。

夏営業は、ゴールデンウィークからです。

4/8-27は入れませんので、ご注意ください。
