今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝でした。
朝5時台の気温は、-6.9℃でした。
今朝は18分間朝ランニング。
およそ4.0km走りました。
大会は終わりましたが、次に向かって頑張ります！

It was cloudy in Kamifurano town this morning.
The temperature was minus 6.9 degrees on 5 o'clock in the morning.
I run 18 miniutes and 4.0 kirometers.

今朝は、韓国からのお客様が2泊を終えてステラを出発。
10名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんです。
