今朝の上富良野町は雪の朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は、-9.6℃でした。
今朝は10分間朝ランニング。
昨日は多めに走ったので、今日は軽めに走りました。
およそ2.1km走りました。

How are you？
It was snowy in Kamifurano town this morning.
The temperature was minus 9.6 degrees on 6 o'clock in the morning.
I had run enough, so today was soft training.
I run 10 minutes and 2.1 kirometers.
今朝は三重からのお客様が朝ごはんでしたが・・・
野菜中心のヘルシーメニューでした！
朝食は1日の始まり・・・大切です！

The guest who come from Mie had breakfast....
Menu was very healthy. She had many vegetables.
Breakfast is important for us to do day.
今日はお正月の分のお休み？を頂き、妻と旭山動物園に行きました。
冬の観光の勉強です（笑）
旅の宿ステラからおよそ1時間で到着です。

Today was rest day. So, I and wife went to Asahiyama zoo.
We studied about winter sightseeing.
It takes about a hour from Stella by car.
冬の動物園の目玉は・・・「ペンギンの散歩」です。
現在、①11:00- ➁14:30-から行われています。
多くの外国人観光客がこのタイミングで来ていました。
かわいいペンギンが見られて良かったです！

Winter season main event is walking penguin.
Events helds from 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Many oversea tourlists came to here.
It was very good for us to see cute penguins！
その後は、様々な動物を見て回りました。
冬なので、寒そうにしている動物もいました。
1日で全部を見るのは難しいです。

Then, we saw some animals today.
In winter, so many animals looks like cold.
It is difficult for us to see all animals.
夕方にはお土産を持ってステラに帰りました。
動物のクッキーをお土産にコーヒータイム。
動物園では、沢山のお土産が売っていますよ～。

We came back Stella before evening.
And we had coffee time with animal cookie.
In zoo, we can buy many gifts.
今日は引き続き、三重からのお客様が宿泊。
ヘルシー夜ごはんです！

It was healthy dinner.
10日は曇り予報の上富良野町。
1月は3分の1が過ぎました。早いですね！
