こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町は晴れの朝でした。

朝6時台の気温は、-11.1℃でした。

今朝は15分間朝ランニング。

およそ3.2km走りました。

How are you？

It was sunny in Kamifurano town this morning.

The temperature was minus 11.1 degrees on 6 o'clock in the morning.

I run 15 minutes and 3.2 kirometers.

今朝は韓国からのお客様がステラを出発。

2泊され、温泉などを楽しまれた様子でした。

3名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんです。

The guests who come from Korea had left Stella today.

They stayed 2 night, and enjoyed hotsprings.

3 guests had breakfast together.

今日は富良野での初仕事でした。

久しぶりなので、若干体が重かったですが・・・楽しかったです。

仕事の後は、1時間ランニング。14.2km走りました。

I worked Furano from morning for the first time this year.

I worked for a long time, so I was tired...But it was fun.

After work, I run a hour and 14.2 kirometers.

自宅に戻り、昼食。

夕方にステラに、向かいます。雪が降ってきました。

日中は、そこまで寒くありませんでした。

I went home and had lunch.

In evening, I went to Stella. It was snowy.

It was not cold in afternoon.

今日は三重からのお客様がステラに宿泊。

野菜を沢山召し上がる事は、とても健康的！

北海道、上富良野町の食材の味を楽しんで頂きたいです。

The guest who come from Mie stay Stella tonight.

It is healthy for guest to have vegetables.

We want guests to have foods taste in Hokkaido and Kamifurano town.
