今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。

朝5時台の気温は0.5℃。

今日も1℃以下の朝でした。

今朝は51分間朝ランニング。

およそ11.9km走りました。

It was sunny in Kamifurano town this morning.

The temperature was only 0.5 degrees on 6 o'clock in the morning.

It was less than 1 degrees these morning,too.

I run 51 minutes this morning.

I run about 11.9 kirometers.

今日は所沢、愛知、北広島、鎌倉、旭川、神戸、札幌からのお客様が

ステラを出発です。

12名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんです。

Asahikawa, Kobe, Sapporo had left Stella today.

12 guests had breakfast together.

今日のお昼は、フラノカフェさんに出掛けてきました。

昼食は、パニーニを頂きました。

午後に向けて、エネルギーをチャージしました！

今日は、すずき一平さんのライブがステラで開催されています。

40名以上のお客様がステラにいらっしゃっています。
