今朝の上富良野町は雨の天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は13.9℃。
今朝は雨だったので、走りませんでした。
朝は台風が北海道に近づいてきていました。

今日は朝から富良野で仕事でした。
今日から10月です。富良野スポーツセンターでは、今日から1週間の間
施設を無料開放しています。
アリーナやトレーニングルームを自由に使えます。
トレーニングやバスケットボール、バドミントンなど自由に楽しめますよ！

a week.
You can use arena and sub arena freely.

今日は1日雨の上富良野町。
日の出公園に行きましたが、とても寒かったです。
オートキャンプ場ではテントを張っている方がいらっしゃいました。

最近の夜は、同じ上富良野町に住む親子と裸足で走ったりトレーニング一緒に
行っています。
裸足の講習を受けたり、一緒にランニングしたりしています。
中学生の娘さんは今週末には中学校生活最後の駅伝大会が控えています。
楽しく、自分らしく走ってほしいですね。

I often to run and training with parent and child who live in Kamifurano town.
We study bare foot run and run together.
His daughter who go to junior high school student had last race this age.
I wish she enjoys to run and herself.
