こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。

朝4時台の気温は14.8℃。

ここ最近、朝は涼しく感じます。

朝晩は薄い長袖があると良いかと思います。

今日は軽めに20分間朝ランニング。

およそ4.5km走りました。

Today was sunny in this morning.

But the temperature was 14.8 degrees on 4 o'clock in the morning.

It is cool morning these days.

It is good for you to wear thin light long sleeves.

I had short run 20 minutes.

I run about 4.5 kirometers.

毎朝3時半に起きているのですが、最近は朝焼けが楽しみです。

朝ランニングで家を出て、十勝岳連峰が見えるとテンションが上がります。

走りながら朝焼けが見られるので最高です。

今朝も良い景色が見れました。

After I go out my house and I can see Tokachidake mountains

when I am happy.

It is very good for me to run during see sunrise.

I could see the beautiful sunrise this morning.

朝食は7名のお客様がいっしょに朝ごはんでした。

札幌、沖縄、名古屋、仙台、市川、広島からのお客様がステラを出発。

私は朝から富良野で仕事でした。

外は1日を通じて涼しく感じました。

The guests who come from

Sapporo,Okinawa,Nagoya,Sendai,Ichikawa,Hiroshima had left

Stella today.

And I worked in Furano from morning.

It was cool day today.

仕事から帰ると、夜ごはんの準備を行います。

今日は京都、北九州、香港、韓国、静岡からのお客様がご宿泊です。

11名のお客様がいっしょに夜ごはんでした。

After work, I helped dinner preparation.

The guests who come from Kyoto,North-kyushu,Hong-kong,Korea,Shizuoka

stay Stella tonight.

11 guests had dinner together.

明日も晴れ予報の上富良野町。

朝晩は15℃前後になりそうです。

北海道にお越しの際は、ちょっと暖かい服装を・・・。

日中は30℃近くまで上がりますので、寒暖差にご注意を。
