こんばんは！

今朝の上富良野町は晴れの天気でした。

朝5時台の気温は16.1℃。

今週は徐々に朝の気温が上がっています。

今朝は、20分間ランニングしました。

およそ5km走りました！

大会まであと4日。コンディションを整えていきます！

Today was sunny in this morning,too.

It was 16.1 degrees on 5 o'clock.

This week is warmer than last week gradually.

I run about 20 minutes this morning.

I run about 5kirometers.

I have marathon convention after 4 days.

I will keep good condition these days.

朝食は10名のお客様が召し上がりました。
