こんばんは！

今朝は上富良野町は晴れの朝でした。

朝4時台の気温は5.4℃。まだまだ寒い朝が続いております。

今朝は20分間朝DASHしました。

今日は約5km走りました。

朝のDASHはしんどいです・・・。

How are you？

Today was sunny in morning.

The temparture was about 5.4 degrees on 4 o'clock.

It was cold morning these days.

I run 20 minutes fast.

I had run about 5 kirometers.

It is hard for me to run fast in the morning.

今日は韓国、岐阜のお客様がステラを出発です。

またお会いできる事を楽しみにしております。

今日は午後から富良野で仕事でした。

外での仕事だったので、非常に暑かったです。

I had work in Furano from afternoon.

I worked outside, so it was very hot.

2Fの化粧室を改修しております。

明後日は28℃・・・(笑)
