こんばんは！

今朝も上富良野町はくもりの朝でした。

朝5時台の気温は3.4℃。

最近の中では、一番寒い朝でした。

今朝は、2時間30分（130分）朝ランニングしました。

今日は約25km走りました。

How are you？

Today was cloudy in this morning, too.

The temparture was about 3.4 degrees on 5 o'clock.

I have run two hours and 30 minutes.

I had run about 25 kirometers.

今日は上富良野町の最高気温が14℃でした。

東京・横浜と同じくらいの気温だったみたいです。

午前中は妻と富良野へ出掛けてきました。

まだ桜の見れる富良野市内。桜をチラッと見てきました。

It was same in Tokyo and Yokohama.

I went to Furano city with wife.

We could see cherry blossoms in city.

昼にはステラに到着！

ステラではお母さんがチーズケーキを焼いていました。

昨日ご紹介した牛乳豆腐を使用したチーズケーキです。

とてもまろやかな味わいが印象的でした！　御馳走様でした♪

We arrived Stella about 12 o'clock.

The owner's wife cooked the cheesecake.

It made from milk-tofu. I intoroduced it yesterday.

It was very mellow！ Thank you for the meal.

明日は晴れのちくもりの上富良野町。

最近は関東も寒いようですね。

風邪を引かないようにお気を付け下さい！
