今朝の上富良野町は、青空の広がる気持ち良い朝でした。
朝の最低気温は、マイナス2℃前後。
太陽の光を浴びながら、上富良野の街中を5km朝ランニングしました。

How are you？
Today's morning was sunny day.We have seen blue sky this morning.
Kamifurano town's temperature was minus 2.5 degrees at 6 o'clock in the morning.
I ran about 5 kilometer in kamifurano town.
I felt good wind and sunshine during run.
今朝は、札幌から仕事でいらしていたお客様がステラを出発です。
天気が良いので、引き続き氷を割り続けていました。
ステラの駐車場もだいぶ、雪がなくなりました。
（昨日のBefore・Afterと比べてみて下さい！）

The guests who come from Sapporo have left Stella.
I have continued breaking ice.Because very warm day.
There is hardly snow in Stella parking area.

午後は、鶏の燻製を3時間燻しました。
燻製を燻すのは、今回で4回目。温燻の70℃をキープするのは慣れてきました。
15分おきに温度を確認します。
燻製には、チーズ・サーモン・ベーコン等、様々なものがあるので
今後チャレンジしていきたいと思います。

After lunch, I have cook smoke chicken for three hours.
I have roasted chicken by smoked device.
I have to keep same temperature in smoked device. it is 70℃.
So, I have checked device every 15 minutes.
There are a lot of smoke food.Cheese, salmon ,bacon and so on.
I want to try to cook many kinds.
明日の上富良野町は晴れの予報です。
せっかくなので朝は、長めに朝ランニングをしようと思います。
朝の気温はマイナス8℃予想ですが、日中は8℃まで上がるとの事。
明日のセンバツ高校野球第二試合に登場する駒大苫小牧の勝利を祈って・・・。

So,I will try to run of long distance.
Tomorrow will be minus 8 degrees.
I am going to pray for KOMADAITOMAKOMAI high school.
It's high school baseball team in Hokkaido.
They play japan high school championship in KOSHIEN.
