朝5時台の気温は2.6℃。
今朝は15分間朝ランニング。
およそ3.5km走りました。
その後、ゆっくりおよそ2km走りました。

今日は夕方前まで仕事をして、その後はトレーニングをしてきました。
屋外作業の職員の皆が10月いっぱいで業務終了。
業務後はバドミントンをして汗を流してきました。
送別会に行けない分、楽しんできました。

After work, I played badminton with them.
I can't go graduate ceremony party, so I enjoyed to play with them.

朝5時台の気温は4.5℃。
今朝は30分間朝ランニング。
およそ6.8km走りました。
走り終わるとすぐに雨が降り出しました。

帯広は天気が良く、走りやすいコンディションでした。
1時間21分25秒でフィニッシュ。
自己ベストが出ましたが、課題が残りました。
冬のトレーニングで力をつけたいと思います。

It was good condition in Obihiro city.

I could run personal best time...But I have some problems.
So, I will try to hard training in winter season.

帯広には多くの防風林があるのが特徴です。
様々な意味があるそうです。

昨日、夕方に燻した鶏の燻製の写真です。
最近は様々なチップを使って、燻製を作っています。
今回使ったのはヒッコリーのチップ。
ウイスキーウッドやさくらに比べると、シンプルで使いやすいです。

Yesterday, I used hickory.

今日はかぼちゃケーキを焼いてみました。
にんじんケーキと要領は一緒です。
見た目はいい感じですが、若干かぼちゃが少なかったかも。
