今朝も上富良野町はくもりの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は16.9℃。
朝の気温も次第に高くなってきました。
今朝は45分間朝ランニングしました。
約10.4km走りました。
朝のランニングは涼しくて最高です！

午前中は富良野で仕事でした。
今日の富良野市は北海道で1番気温が上がり、30.1℃まで上がりました。
帰りは青空の下、のんびりと帰ってきました。

今朝は上富良野町はくもりの天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は13.6℃と昨日と同じくらいの気温でした。
今朝は30分間朝ランニングしました。
約7.2km走りました。
美瑛マラソンまであと5日。楽しみです！

昨日は横浜、香港、韓国、名古屋のお客様がステラに宿泊でした。
今朝は、大人数での朝食になりました。

昨日は大学時代の友達が5歳の息子さんを連れて泊りに来てくれました。
明治学院大学 国際学部の友達です。
現在は横浜で暮らす友達は、ちょっと大きくなっていましたが、
変わらずに元気でした。
今度は奥様にも会ってみたいです。
息子さんは、シロクマくんやお母さんとも楽しく遊んでいました。
また遊びに来てほしいです！

My frind who live in Yokohama city stayed in Stella with his son last night.
We had gone to same university. It is Meijigakuin university.
We studied in international relationship.
He lives in Yokohama. He looked fat.... but he was fine.
I want to see his wife next time.
His son playd with owner and owner's wife.
I want to see again！
その後は、妻の用事で富良野に出かけました。
フラノマルシェで食べたにんじんソフトクリームが美味しかったので、
一緒に写真を載せます！

次第に雲が広がり、午前中は雷が鳴りました。
朝4時台の気温は13.8℃。暖かい朝となりました。
今朝は仕事前に20分間朝ランニングしました。

今日は富良野沿線中学校バスケットボール大会が開催されました。
私は、小学校の頃にミニバスケットボールをやっていました。
試合を見ていると、その頃を思い出しました。
部活が懐かしくなりました。（笑）

I had played basketball when I was elementary school.
When I saw the game, I remember that era.
I miss club activities.
普段は駐屯地に入ることは出来ませんが、今日は公開されていました。
自衛隊カレーを振る舞ったり、戦車の展示などがありました。

force.
Usually, we can't enter garrison. But today is able to enter there.
They gave their curry and exhibit tanks.

昨日より9℃も気温が高く、暖かい朝となりました。

今日は職場より7月22日に行われるふらのへそマラソンのポスターを
預かりました。
上富良野町内でもPRするべく、スポーツショップ・CAFE・蕎麦屋さんに
届けてきました。
ステラにも貼ってあります。

I was given poster about Furano-heso-marathon which will hold in Furano
on July 22th by Furano sports center.
I tried to advertise in Kamifurano town, so I went to sports shop and
cafe,soba shop and gave it.
Now, it is pasting Stella's entrance.
今日は昨日同様に川崎からのお客様がステラに宿泊です。
今日の夕食はパスタでした！
ステラ特製のミートソースで作られています。
