今朝も上富良野町は朝から気持ちの良い天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は9.0℃。朝7時には15℃になりました。一気に気温が上がりました。
今朝は30km走しました。
約2時間半走り、約31km走りました！

Today was sunny and clear sky in morning same yesterday.
The temparture was about 9.0 degrees on 5 o'clock.
And it was 15.0 degrees on 7 o'clock. It was go up at a stretch.
I tried to run 30 kirometers running.
I went to Furano city, after went back to Kamifurano town.
I run about 2 hours and 30 minutes and 31 kirometers.

川崎からのお客様がステラに宿泊です。
早めにステラに到着し、お土産を頂きました。
我々は買い物&昼食に出掛けてきました。

こんばんは！
今朝も上富良野町は朝から気持ちの良い天気でした。
朝5時台の気温は7.3℃。昨日の朝と同じくらいの気温で暖かい朝でした。
今朝は25分間朝ランニングしました。
朝の時間が無い時は、スピード重視の練習を取り入れるようにしています。
今日は約5.9km走りました。
明日はロング走を行う予定です。

If I have no time in morning, I try to run fast pace.

今日は昨日宿泊の東京、韓国からのお客様がステラを出発です！
お二人とも朝食を済ませて、8時半過ぎにはステラを旅立っていきました。
その後は、掃除をした後にスモークチキンの燻しを行いました。
今回は、ウイスキーオークのチップで3時間燻します。
洋酒の甘い香りがとても強く、チキンもいい味わいになりそうです！

After breakfast,they had left on over 8:30.
After, we cleaned room and stairs and made smoke chicken.
I tryed to make smoke chicken by using whisky oak chip 3hours this time.
It was very strong smell Liquor, so it will be good taste！
午後は時間があったので、妻とドライブに行きました。
仕事では富良野に通っていますが、ときどき山部に行っています。
景色を眺めながらドライブしました。
緑が沢山見れて、いい景色が見れました。
夏休みに田舎に帰ったような気分です(笑)

I have free time afternoon, so I drove with my wife.
I work in Furano.And I work in Yamabe sometime.
We drove in Yamabe while viewing.
We could see natural beautiful view.
I felt it seems like go my village in summer vacation.
明日は晴れのちくもり予報の上富良野町。

6月の準備もぼちぼち始めましょう！

今朝の上富良野町は晴れて気持ちの良いの朝でした。
朝4時台の気温は5.1℃。
日中は暖かいですが、朝はまだ寒いです。
今朝は仕事前に15分間朝ランニングしました。
今日は約3.7km走りました。
7時から仕事の日は、なかなか朝が忙しいです。
早起き出来るように、気合を入れなければなりません。

そして、昨日紹介をしましたが本日はステラでライブが開催されました。
桜庭和さんのライブが18時より行われました。
ギターの音色と桜庭さんの声がステラに響きます。
生で歌を聞くと、歌詞が自分の経験・考え方に響きました。
頑張らなきゃなって思いました。
