こんばんは！
今朝の上富良野町は昨日同様にとても気持ち良い晴れでした。
朝6時台の気温は2.3℃。
今朝のランニングは、パノラマロード江花へ行きました。
十勝岳連峰が綺麗に見えるスポットです。
往復で10km朝ランニングしました。

Today was good sunny day in Kamifurano town just like yesterday.
The temparture was about 2.3 degrees on 6 o'clock.
I have run Panorama road ehana. There is one of Kamifurano view spot.
I could see the beautiful mountains where are Tokachidake mountains.
I have never run about 10 kirometers.
今日は、昨日行ってきた帯広の後編をご紹介します。
上富良野を出発して約2時間。昼食は帯広で有名なインデアンでカレーを食べました。
帯広に10店舗あるお店です。美味しく頂きました。
そのあとは、池田ワイン城へ行きました。
ここでは、ワインの試飲やワイン工場の見学、お土産の購入もできます。
お酒好きの方にはいいと思いますよ！

Today, I will intoroduce about Obihiro trip second half.
We have left Kamifurano town after two hours, we ate curry in famous curry shop
in Obihiro.
There are ten shops in Obihiro. It was delicious！
After, we have gone to Ikeda wine castle.
We could drink taste wine, look wine factory and buy the souvenir.
It is good for drinkers to come here.
帰りは、足寄町を通って帰りました。
途中で丹頂鶴を見かけました。姿勢が良くてとても綺麗でした。
峠には展望台もあり、景色も抜群に良かったです！

On the way home, we have passed Ashoro town.
In the middle, we could see red-crowned crane.
It is very beautiful and good attitude.
After passing through Ashoro town, we have gone to Furano through Karikachi pass.
There is viewing plathome and the view was very good！
上富良野に到着する前にとても素敵な夕陽を見る事が出来ました。
ちょうど、山に日が沈むところでした。
1日が終わる様な素敵な夕陽でした。
帰りも原始の森に寄って、湧き水を汲んで帰りました。

It was just setting the sun.I felt that today was just finishing.
After we have gone to primitive forest and pick up spring water.
春の北海道は、自然を楽しめる非常に良いシーズンです。

こんばんは！
今朝の上富良野町は気持ち良い晴れの朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は1.3℃。日が出るとすごく暖かく感じました。
今朝のランニングは、110分間走にしました。
ジェットコースターの路、深山峠を通って日の出公園でフィニッシュ。
今朝は約25km走りました。
もう少し暖かくなったらチャレンジしようと思います。

Today was good sunny day in Kamifurano town.
The temparture was about 1.3 degrees on 6 o'clock. I have felt warm
when the sun rose .
I have run about 110 minutes and 25.0 kirometers.
I have gone to Roller coaster path and Miyama pass and Hinode-park.
I have never run only Tokachidake-hot spring spot amount
eight view spot in Kamifurano.
I will try to run more warm season.
今日は、時間が有ったので4人で帯広へと出掛けました。
帯広までは片道約120km。車で約2時間くらいかかります。
今日はその前半をご紹介します！
まずは、中富良野町と富良野市の湧き水スポットに立ち寄りました。
美味しいお水が飲める自然のスポットです！
私もペットボトルに入れて水を汲みました。いや～、美味しいですよ！

Our family had gone to Obihiro city by car.
We had about 120 kirometers and 2 hours.
I will intoroduce first half story.
At first, we had gone to spring water spot in Nakafurano town and Furano city.
We can drink spring water and pick it.
We had pick water in plastic bottle. It was very delicious！
峠を超えると帯広の町が見えてきます。
帯広の町の特徴は、多くの防風林がある事です。
家や畑を囲むようにそびえ立つ防風林。
1列に並ぶその姿は美しく見えました。まるで整列している様です。

When we crossed over the pass, we could see Obihiro city view.
There are a lot of windproof forest in Obihiro city.
They were towering to surround the house and field.
They were beautiful figure in line.
It seems like they are aligned is one row.
明日も上富良野町は快晴の予報です。
最高気温は17度まで上がりそうです！ 嬉しいです。

今朝の上富良野町は太陽の光が気持ちいい朝でした。
朝6時台の気温はマイナス0.4℃。まだ寒い朝が続いています。
今朝のランニングは、仕事前に上富良野町内を30分間走。
今日は約6.4kmを朝ランニングしました。

The sunlight was a pleasant morning today..
The temparture was about minus 0.4 degrees on 6 o'clock. It is still wind a cold morning.
I have run about 30 minutes and 6.4 kirometers before work.
富良野市も今日は快晴となりました。
仕事帰りにフラノマルシェに寄り、ほうれん草と玉ねぎ4玉を購入。
合わせて310円というお手頃価格です。
私は毎日沢山の野菜を食べるので、良い買い物になりました。

In Furano city was sunny day,too.
After work, I had gone to Furano marche and bought spinach and onion.
Total was 310 yen！ It was great！
I eat many vegetables, so it was good for me to be able to buy cheaply.
上富良野に戻り、昼食後に図書館へ行きました。
私と妻は定期的に図書館で本を借りて読んでいます。
図書館では、本を2週間借りる事が出来ます。今日は返却です。
図書館の入り口脇には、早くも5月人形が・・・。
そういえばこいのぼりも町中で見かけるようになりました。
5月の準備が始まっているんですね！

After lunch, I had gone to libraly with wife.
We go to libraly regulaly and rent a lot of books.
We can rent books for two weeks. Today, we have returned.
I have seen May doll beside the libraly entrance.
We can see carp stremer in town.
The town is preparing in May.

今朝の上富良野町はみぞれの降るの朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は1.2℃。風も強く寒い朝でした。
今日は1.1kmを朝ランニングしました。

今日はランニング仲間と美瑛で走る約束があったので、ビルケの森へ出掛けました。
ビルケの森に車を止めて、白樺街道を通って白金温泉郷へ。
往復して約12kmを走りました。
まだまだ雪深い美瑛です。青い池には多くの観光客がいらしていました。
ステラにお越しの際には、車で20分程で行けますのでおススメです。

I had promised running friend about run in Biei,so I had gone to Birke forest.
We have parked in Birke forest and gone to Shirogane hot spring spot.
We had run to make a round trip about 12 kirometers.
It was still a snowy city of Biei.
If you come to Stella, you can go to there about 20 minutes. It is good place.

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は-1.6℃。今日も氷点下の朝です。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内をランニング。
今朝は走っている方・歩いている方を沢山見かけました。
今日は6.2kmを朝ランニングしました。

I had seen townpeople Who were running and walking townspeople.
Today morning was free time, so I have run about 6.2 kirometers.
今朝は9時にステラに行き、みんなで外の掃除をしました。
私と妻はステラの周りのゴミ拾いに出掛けました。
冬の間、雪の下に隠れていたタバコの吸い殻やビニール袋など
沢山のゴミを見つけました。
そのあとは、枯草を片づけたりしました。ステラの周りはキレイになりました。

We had gone to Stella at 9 o'clock and clearned around there.
I and wife have gone to pick up garbage.
We could pick up a lot of garbages. For example,cigarette butts,plastic bag and so on.
After, we had cleaned dead grass. It have become beautiful.
掃除が終わり、昼食を済ませてかみふらの八景の1つである
「パノラマロード江花」へ行きました。
雪が溶けて、牧草が沢山見える様になりました。
緑が見える様になり、春を実感しました。

After cleaned up and had lunch,we had gone to the one of Kamifurano view spot
where was called 「Ebana's Panorama road」.
The snow melted so that we could see plenty of grass.
We can see the green view. I felt spring taste.
明日は、雪のちくもり予報の上富良野町。
全国的に雨になる様ですが、楽しい日曜日をお過ごし下さい！

少し日が差しましたが、冷える朝となりました。

今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内をランニング。

帰りには、久しぶりにキツネに会いましたよ～。
見つめ合ってしまいました（笑）

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝。
昨日同様に朝から風が非常に強い朝でした。
朝6時台の気温は5.8℃。暖かい朝です。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内をランニング。
昨日の夜に旭川の陸上自衛隊 旭川駐屯地周りを10km走ったので
今日は仕事前に軽く3km弱を朝ランニングしました。

今日は、朝から富良野で仕事に行きました。
風が強いけど、日ざしが有ってポカポカ陽気の日中でした。
仕事後は、フラノマルシェへ寄り道しました。
昼の気温は12.3℃。車の中だと眠くなりますね。

「あっ、俺が載ってるじゃん・・・」
2/26のブログにも載せましたが、トレーニング講習会でスクワットを教わった時の
写真が1枚使われていました。（笑）
顔は写っていませんが、使ってもらえて良かったです。(笑)

This magazine tells me about Kamifurano town news in detail and I can understand
about town movement.
I was reading it....the last page was.....

I was very suprised and gald.
