こんばんは！
今朝の上富良野町は晴れの朝でした。
日差しの温かい朝となりました。
朝5時台の気温はマイナス0.1℃。最近の中では暖かい方です。
今朝のランニングは、かみふらの八景の1つ「千望峠」まで朝ランニングしました。
片道ちょうど6km。往復で12kmでした。
帰りには湧水スポットを見つけました。

Today morning was sunny in Kamifurano town.
It was a warm morning of the sun.
The temparture was about 0.1 degrees on 5 o'clock.
Today morning was warm resently.
I had run Senbou pass where is one of spot in Kamifurano eight view.
I have run 6 kirometers oneway.So I have run and walked 12 kirometers round trip.
I have discoverd spring water.
今日は、自宅の鉢に2つの花を植えました。
ネモフィラとなでしこの花を自宅で育ててみようと思います。
芽が出たり、花が咲いたら報告をしますのでお楽しみに！

夕食後は、家族で久しぶりに白銀荘へ行きました。
夜の8時過ぎには雪が吹雪いていました。4月なのにまだ雪が降るんです・・・。
上富良野町もみぞれが降っていました。
またうっすらと積雪しそうです・・・。

After dinner, we had gone to Hakugin-soh（Hot spring）after a long time.
It was snowing at 8 o'clock in the evening.

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝でした。
朝は日差しが出ましたが、昼過ぎからはくもり。
朝5時台の気温はマイナス1.9℃。4日連続の氷点下です。寒い！
今朝のランニングは、仕事前に富原運動公園をDASH！
トータル3km運動しました。

I have run three kirometers around Tomihara sports park before work.
今日は、富良野での仕事の後にふらのマルシェに寄りました。
私はキャベツが好きなので、キャベツを買いに行ったのですが売り切れ・・・。
赤玉ねぎに変更。8玉で300円はお得だなと思います。（笑）
ここでは沢山のお土産買えます。

After work in Furano, I had gone to Furano marche.
I like cabbage,so I wanted to buy it...but it was sold out today！
I have changed red onion.Eight pieces were only 300 yen. That's great.
Here, you can buy many souvenirs.
食後に新聞を読むと、先月ステラにライブにいらっしゃった高橋真樹さんが
新聞の記事に出ていました。
新しいアルバムが発売されたので、大きく取り上げられていました。
こちらも嬉しくなりますね！ これからも応援していきたいと思います。

After lunch, I have read today's news paper.
I could look news about Masaki Takahashi who had come Stella last month for music
live.
He have released new album, so picked up big report.
I was very happy. We will support him future.

朝の気温は高めなので、朝ランニングも頑張れそうです。

今朝の上富良野町は雪の朝でした。
細かい雪が朝から降っており、路面は白くなっていました。
朝5時台の気温はマイナス0.2℃。3日連続の氷点下の朝です。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町から富良野市にある富良野駅までの
約17km朝ランニングしました。

It was snowing and road was covered snow.
The temparture was about minus 0.2 degrees on 5 o'clock.
Today was a freezing morning three consecutive days.
I have run about 17 kirometers from my Kamifurano town to Furano station this morning.
帰りは、富良野駅から電車で帰ります。
最近はあまり電車に乗らないので、楽しみであったりもします。
走ると1時間20分かかりますが、電車では約20分です。
電車の外は雪が吹雪いていました。

I have gone to Kamifurano town by train.
I'm not often to take train,so it was fun this time.
It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to run. By train,it took about 20 minutes.
There was snow storming outside the train.
昨日の話になりますが、初めて豚の燻製を作りました。
今までは鶏の燻製を作っていましたが、豚の燻製は初挑戦です。
4時間ほど燻し、良い香りがしてきました。
美味しそうに写真が撮れましたよ（笑）

Yesterday,I had cooked the smoke pork at the first time.
Sometime,I have cooked the smoke chicken. I tried to cook the pork.
It was smoked about 4 hours,so it became good smell.
I could take the picture deliciously.
明日はくもり後晴れの予報の上富良野町。
気温は7℃くらいまであがる様です。
明日は朝から富良野で仕事。久しぶりに日の出が見たいです。

太陽が少し出ましたが、雪が降る1日でした。
朝5時台の気温はマイナス1℃。2日連続の氷点下の朝です。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を約12km朝ランニング。
ランニング後は直接ステラへ向かいました。

今朝は、名古屋・埼玉・大阪・福岡からのお客様がステラを出発です。
冷たい雪が降る中、それぞれ旅立って行きました。
コテージに宿泊された女性たちが十勝岳連峰をバックに記念撮影。
女性同士の旅行、楽しそうですね！(笑)
ご夫婦・ご家族は勿論、仲の良い友達同士の宿泊もステラでは大歓迎ですよ。

The guests had left Stella who come from Nagoya,Saitama,osaka,Fukuoka.
During it was snowing,they had left Stella.
The guests who had stayed cottage have taken the picture with mountains back.
I feel that it is fun for me to travel only women.
We are waiting the guests who are family,couple,close friend.
コテージと洋室を掃除し、昼はランチのお客様が2名いらっしゃいました。
掃除の後は、昼食の準備です。
ランチの後、アカゲラというキツツキ科の野鳥がステラの庭に遊びに来ました。
庭の切り株をコツコツとくちばしでたたいていました。
可愛い野鳥が遊びに来ました。

We had cleaned the cottage,twin room,and Japanese-style room.
After we have prepared lunch. The guests came Stella for lunch.
After lunch,the bird which called "Akagera" has come Stella garden.
"Akagera" was knocking on the stump in the garden.
It was very cute！
明日の上富良野町はくもりの予報です。
今日降った雪（雨）が凍らない事を祈ります。
明日休んで、日曜日は富良野に仕事に行って来ます。

路面はうっすらと雪が積もっていました。

今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を約8km朝ランニング。
ランニング後は朝食を摂り、今日も富良野へ仕事に行きました。

ずっとまっすぐ行くと、十勝岳温泉へと到着します。
遊歩道には、ラベンダーが植栽されています。
今朝は雪の為に、寒そうです・・。うっすらと雪が積もっています。

If we run forever,we will arrive in Tokachidake spa.
Lavendars are planting near the walking road.
Those were looked very cold body. Those were covered by snow.
今日は、福島に住む実家の父の誕生日です。
小さい頃、父には沢山遊んでもらいました。
その分、悪いことをした時にはとても怒られました(笑)
大人になった今でも、自由に離れて生きている自分を応援してくれています。
北海道から少しですが、プレゼントを送りました。
早く北海道に遊びに来てほしいなと思います。

今朝の上富良野町はくもりの朝。
うっすら明るい空が広がっていました。
朝5時台の気温はおよそ1.5℃でした。最近は冷える朝が続いています。
今朝のランニングは、上富良野町内を約7.5km朝ランニング。
ランニング後は朝食を摂り、富良野へ仕事に行きました。

I have run about 7.5 kirometers this morning.
I had breakfast after run and have gone to Furano for work.
富良野の町も雪がほとんど無くなりました。
スキー場の方はまだ山が真っ白ですが、町中はそうでもないです。
陸上競技場も良く見える様になりました。
野球やサッカー、テニスなど屋外スポーツももうじき出来そうです。
富良野市も上富良野町もランニングやウォーキングをしている方が沢山います。
スポーツが盛んな元気な町です。

The snow of the Furano town has almost disappeared.
Furano Ski resort has covered a lot of snow.
we can see the Athletic stadium well.
The people will play the outdoor sports soon.For example,baseball,soccer,tennnis and so on.
There are many people who run and walking town in Furano and Kamifurano.
Many people play sports well and have energy power.
仕事が終わり、午後の時間を使って【かみふらの八景】の1つである
「ジェットコースターの路」に行って来ました。（ステラから車で20分くらい）

ジェットコースターの路は、2.5kmも激しいアップダウンの続く道です。
天気が良ければ、もっと最高だったかもしれません。
けれど、そのアップダウンは十分に感じてきました。
今度は、頑張って走ってみます（笑）

After work, I have gone to Roller coaster path with my wife.
We have taken about 20 minutes from Stella by car.
This road has continued 2.5 kirometers and hard updown course.
If it was sunny,we might feel more good.
However,we have felt updown course fully.
I will try to run this course.....

上富良野は明日の最高気温は2℃の予想です・・・（笑）
明日は寒そうですが、頑張って走ってから仕事に行きます。
